HARTFORD, Wis., September 17, 2007 – Jensen Industries, Inc., a division of Broan-NuTone LLC, has announced the recent acquisition of key assets of the Triangle Bath Cabinet and Accessories Division from the Solar Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Gibraltar Industries.

“This acquisition represents another successful step of our strategic initiatives to strengthen our position within the Medicine Cabinet marketplace,” stated Steve Quinette, president, Jensen Industries. Inc. “Incorporating Triangle’s well established business, including the national sales and distribution of an extensive line of Medicine/Bath Cabinets and Accessories with that of Jensen, solidifies our leadership position in the Medicine Cabinet Industry.”

Consolidating the plant operations of Jensen and Triangle into the Broan-NuTone, Cleburne, Texas, facility is another development to better serve the entire country through a more modern plant with increased automation. In addition to the plant efficiencies, increased capacity will be another benefit of the centrally located facility.
“Jensen and Triangle share a strong history of quality and innovative products,” commented Quinette. “As a customer-driven company, we will continue to evaluate and respond to customer needs which will shape our product mix.”

The integration of the two companies’ Customer Service Centers is also underway which will allow Jensen and Triangle products to be ordered through one convenient contact point. In the meantime, and through the end of November, Jensen and Triangle customers will continue to be serviced by their individual field sales representatives.
